Riding from Akron to Valley View and back. On the way down, I noticed my derailleur needed tweaking on my Specialized. Stopped in and the staff was nothing but friendly and adjusted the front and back as well as lubed my chain as a goodwill gesture! Here I am at my halfway mark on my ride and couldn't help but think how much better riding my bike is due to these awesome dudes! Cheers a million!
They were so friendly! I got my awesome bike here today! After I purchased my new bike, they gave me a free century cycle water bottle and a century cycle t-shirt! How awesome is that! I wasn't expecting that at all. The whole staff were so awesome and nice. They have so many awesome bikes. I would definitely come back here again and tell everyone I know!
Excellent service; knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great rental equipment and very complete bike shop. We will be back to do our next shopping here. Today, we rented 3 bikes, they helped us find the best fit, answered all our questions and gave us great advice to make this a 5 star experience.
I've had great and fast service on my bike from this location in the past. The prices for fixing and buying new parts is very reasonable. My only gripe is that a lot of the extra bike accessories are rather pricey, but that really applies to any bike store. All in all, this is the most affordable bike shop around, and you can never go wrong with this one.
This place rocks. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Whenever I have an issue it is so much easier to just take one of our bikes there.
